When he bought his 1921 bungalow in Dallas' Vickery Place, a ancient community, he'd ask coworkers for decorating ideas. "Priscilla labored in the office with me, and she by no means recommended me unsuitable," he says. When Mark proposed, Priscilla says the first words out of her mouth were, "Oh, nice ! " Mark took this as a positive sign, & the couple briefly merged households.
